About Wittlo

Wittlo is a free place to play puzzles, word games, number games, and card and board games, with a little learning along the way. It is made for people aged 13 and over, and anyone who likes a short daily challenge.

What it is not

It is a game site, not a course. We do not claim that playing here will make you smarter, raise a score or improve your memory. It is for fun, and what you get from it is up to you.

How questions are made

Every question is original and generated by code from a template. Before a question can appear, a separate piece of code solves it a second way and checks that the answer matches and that the other four options are different. Each wrong option stands for a named, common mistake, which is explained after you answer.
