Percent
Percent of a number, percent increase or decrease, and working backwards from a sale price. Two changes in a row: why you cannot just add the percents.
What you will practise
- Percent and percent change. Percent of a number, percent increase or decrease, and working backwards from a sale price.
- Successive percent changes. Two changes in a row: why you cannot just add the percents.
How the drill works
You get a set of ten questions at the level you choose, easy, medium or hard. Every set is generated fresh, so you can keep going without seeing the same question twice. After each answer you see the working. When you pick a wrong answer, the explanation names the slip that usually leads to it, so you can spot it next time. Drills are for practice only: Wittlo makes no claim about exam results.
